Created in 1991, the Fête de la Science is organised every year by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation to promote science to the general public.

Pangloss Labs has been organising the Fête de la science for 6 years now, and in 2019 has joined forces with the town of Ferney-Voltaire, recognised as a “Science Village”, to twin this festival with Biodiversity Day. The Fête de la science & de la Biodiversité is born!

In Ferney-Voltaire, the Fête de la Science & de la Biodiversité has been hosted for the last 4 years by the Centre des Monuments Nationaux, in the magnificent park of the Château de Voltaire, and welcomes over 1,000 visitors each year, children and adults alike.
